Directed the comprehensive rebrand and redesign of Star USA’s digital and physical customer experience, creating a cohesive visual identity across all touch points. Transformed the brand to reflect its expertise in international trade compliance and logistics while elevating usability, market presence, and customer engagement.
Designed and developed two complete iterations of the company website, integrating WordPress/WooCommerce for a seamless digital product experience, supported by style boards, information architecture, comprehensive wireframes, and a functional prototype. Developed a unified logo and brand system, including a hierarchical framework for multiple business divisions. Redesigned the email marketing template to improve readability, click-through rates, and brand alignment. Implemented on-site SEO strategies to improve search visibility and organic traffic. Established and managed the company’s Google Ads account, driving targeted lead generation.
